We pride ourselves on building durable crates that are custom designed for any shape, size
or medium. Most shipments will call for our standard crate, identifiable by the AC logo and
conforming to our internal standard for quality and ease of handling. For blue-chip cargo, we
offer our museum crate, with a full complement of closure plates, gasket, waterproof lining,
shellac exterior and any other custom specifications on demand, including insulation, suspension
and our classic A-frame design. When a shipment involves goods of nominal commercial value
and modest size, we provide an economy travel crate, with commensurate savings. In addition
to our range of crates and high quality travel frames, we build custom pedestals, shelving and
tables to any dimension and can facilitate a host of other projects geared to specific art
environments. The Art Crating warehouse is a Certified Cargo Screening Facility. The CCSF seal of approval enables our builders to screen cargo scheduled for air flights in full compliance with government regulations enforced by the Transportation Security Administration. |
